Joomla/Mambo to WordPress Migrator

Version: 1.3.4

Tested with: Joomla 1.5, Mambo 4.5.2 and WordPress 3.0 RC3

This Plugin migrates all posts from Joomla/Mambo to WordPress – including Images, Tags, Catagorys and Links.

function list:

  • reads all categories from Joomla/Mambo and creates them in WordPress
  • reads all posts from each category and inserts them in WordPress, including posts tags
  • migrates all users from Joomla/Mambo to WP
  • changes most common links in post content to new WP Url
